2. Services Provided
Kumar Grooming provides professional pet grooming services including, but not limited to, bathing, haircuts, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and spa treatments for dogs and cats. Services are provided by appointment only and are confirmed by phone.
All services are performed on-site at our salon in Nişantaşı, Istanbul. We do not offer mobile grooming services at this time.
3. Bookings and Appointments
Appointments are made exclusively by telephone at +90 212 345 67 89 or by submitting a contact request through our website form. An appointment is confirmed only when a member of our team verbally confirms the date, time, and service.
We request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are starting rates in Turkish Lira (₺) and are subject to change based on the pet's breed, size, coat condition, and specific service requirements. The final price is confirmed at the time of booking by our team.
Payment is made in full at the salon at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.
5. Pet Health and Safety
You confirm that your pet is in good health and free from infectious diseases or parasites (such as fleas, ticks, or ringworm) at the time of the appointment. We reserve the right to decline service if a pet shows signs of illness, aggression, or infestation, in the interest of pet safety and hygiene.
For puppies and elderly pets, we recommend consulting your veterinarian before scheduling a grooming appointment.
6. Owner Responsibility
You, as the pet owner, are responsible for providing accurate information about your pet's health, temperament, and any known sensitivities or allergies. Kumar Grooming will take all reasonable precautions, but cannot be held liable for adverse reactions to products if relevant information was not disclosed prior to the appointment.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kumar Grooming takes every precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of your pet during grooming. However, in the unlikely event of an accident or adverse reaction, our liability is limited to the direct cost of the grooming service provided.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.
